Floors & Doors

Work at the house continues although the weather has been a lot colder than is normal for this time of year at the lake. There is heating on in the house now and I'm sure the workers are very pleased about that. All the hardwood floors are done now and the interior doos are in place. The guys are working on the baseboard, window and door trim and the crown moulding.

I'm not sure what comes next once all the trimwork is installed and painted, probably all the electrics will be finished off and then we will be ready for the bathrooms to be tiled and the kitchen cabinets to be installed. The appliances are on order and are scheduled for delivery on Jan 5th. We will be visiting Rochester from Jan 6th - 11th and are hoping to move into the new house during the second week in January.
