Last Saturday afternoon we went over to check on progress at the house. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day and as we stood on the back porch enjoying the view Roy's phone rang. It was Brenda, our builder's wife calling to invite us down for hotdogs and a hayride. They live about 200 yards fron our new home, which you can see in the background of this picture of Roy cooking our hotdogs.
We met some of our new neighbors and had a wonderful afternoon.
Our hayride took us all around the neighborhood, through our back yard and back again.
The children enjoyed playing in the trailer when we returned.
