Well it's been a long process but apart from the concrete surround (which we are not at all happy with) the project is complete. 
We spent a week at Karen's new house in MD helping her to move in and,of course, enjoying time with her and the boys.
When we returned home we were delighted to find that the landscaping was finished and looks great. Next Spring we will add some color.
Now it's time to close the pool up for the Winter and look forward to enjoying it next year when the weather warms up again.
