Work is progressing well on the house. The land has been graded and is looking good. Plenty of room for a pool and spa at a later date. Also the sub-floor is in and framing has begun. We also now have an official address although mail delivery still has to approved by the local Postmaster.

Well how cool is this? It's almost like being there. The backyard view is lovely. Are you close enough North to have leaves change?
The colors here in the Fall are absolutely stunning, but come a little later than in NY. Then of course the really bad weather begins. Sometimes a whole inch of snow falls in a single day.
